According to promoter Bob Arum of Top Rank, former champion Miguel Cotto may return in his favorite position - headlining a June event on the eve of the Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York. If Cotto can sell 12K tickets against an unknown tuneup with a weak undercard. He can do it.
