Miguel Cotto's Return Eyed For June in New York

I don't like Floyd at all, but I don't know what people see in Cotto and Margarito that makes them think that those guys would even give Floyd a tough fight in the slightest. They are overrated punching bags. Shane Mosley and Paul Williams would've give Floyd his toughest fights at the time that Pacquiao was out of the picture. That may still be true even with Manny in the picture.

I don't get it either. I have an album dedicated to Cotto/Margarito
on my Boxingscene profile called "Overrated" I think both guys were
and are strong fighters but put some skill in the ring with them and
a technical brain and their going to struggle. Margarito has always
been a one dimensional fighter that once you stop his momentum and neutralize his pressure he can be beat (Williams,Mosley). Cotto, all a
fighter really have to do is take away his punch (Like I always have
been saying) AND guess what Margarito and Manny did? Took away
Cotto's punch by taking and faking like Cotto didn't affect them. Now,
I may not have gotten all of my predictions right but my analysis of
fighters are on point. Floyd technically would do (In my opinion) a
Baldomir/De La Hoya to Margarito (Big, pressuring forward something
Floyd has dealt with before) and a Gatti/Ndou to Cotto (Big punch,
bigger heart but lil to no defense and slow). Sure some will say
"Would of, could of, Etc...." BUT Floyd is going to fight I think someone
that is liver than Cotto and Margarito in Pacquiao AND I'm sure Floyd
will get it on with Mosley. Those two fights are the best and toughest
for him. Look at what happened to Margarito/Cotto careers?
