lol...is this why Pac did 1.25 vs Oscar and 1.25 vs Cotto?

DLH-Mayweather did 2.5 becasue of Oscar being the biggest draw ever in boxing and because mayweather is an American who was the best at the time. If Pac wasnt coming up 12 pounds in weight and was American i bet it would have done around the same numbers.

At the time I think it did, over 2.4 mil bought the fight and it didnt live up to the hype. I thought Hatton/Floyd would do more than it did and I think it didnt because of the Oscar fight, but if you add the UK buys, Hatton/Floyd did well over 2 million. But Floyd has ressurected his PPV appeal as evidenced with the Marquez numbers.

consider it was his comeback fight.........6 months promotion..............it was an ok performance...........................but not for a PPV "star" such as floyd.................

If you want to look at #'s then it looks like Pac's star power hasnt built up because Manny did the same #'s vs Oscar that he did with Cotto....1.25
