I don't see what the big deal is. They have a point. In a negotiation, the one side has to list their points too. It's only fair for Team Mayweather to get their side of view in.

If I were Bob Arum, I would by-pass Pacquiao/Mayweather fight. The reason for this are the following: Mayweather is a PPV fake attraction. Reason: Most of his fight, his opponents were the big attraction, not him. Most boxing fans wants to watch him lose, and not win. He is a certified coward and a cheater, who ducked Mosley, Margarito, Paul Williams, fighters of his own size. Whenever he fights, it is boring. It is like watching a bicycle marathon. And he does not give a damn, what the boxing fans think about him as long as he wins the fight.Boxing history will never acknowledge his record in the ring as a great fighter. Another thing that the Pacquiao team should never take this fight is this: Floyd is making a lot of noise to bag this fight, to earn big money to resolve his financial problems ( he is bankrupt ). Bob Arum and team Pacquiao can still earn big money fights against Mosley, Marquez, and even Yuri Foreman. Boxing fans want to watch Pacquiao fights, regardless of his opponents. The money is unimportant. What's important is the weight and the penalty for showing up overweight like Mayweather will. The fight will happen at 145, but Floyd don't care....he'll come in to win regardless of the weight. Pacman has alot of thinking to do on how the contract must be structured to protect himself.
