ive sparred with this guy a couple times..

"Jose "Junior" Benavidez has been boxing since the age of six. In the last seven years has won over 80 matches, won over eight belts including six national belts and two world belts."

ive sparred some heavyweights and smaller guys that were hitting hard when i weighed 140 ..still havent fought yet but i plan on it

I'm 27 with no previous experience boxing...did training for like a month while I was in the USAF, but never took it seriously. I wouldn't mind trying now, but I just feel that I would have to just stay in the amateurs.

Same here. Stopped earlier this year because I was too blind and couldn't pretend I could see anymore.

I would still love to lace it up but eye doc ordered me not to fight anymore in my life. He said last Saturday when I asked him if i can ever box again "You got a perfect donor and you're going to box so that you can ruin it, come on give me a break Kev. All that you have gone through you're going to throw out the window like that." Those words hurt like a bullet in the heart, especially that i am only 20.

I was 8-0-1 (7) in sanctioned amateur fights. My draw came against Brian Barbosa who at one time made it to #3 in the world by the IBF at middleweight. Have got hundreds if not thousands of rounds sparring with both ams and pro's. also had 1 MMA fight at age 40.
