Floyd fighting Pacman or Shane next is great. Nobody should be complaining about that. But isnt it ironic how Ellerbe mentions Shane as a possibility, after Shane signs to fight Berto?
HAHA see what the haters are saying. So they go on this whol rant on how Floyd is ducking Mosley. BUT ONCE, they say they want mosley, then the excuses are "why call someone out you are contradicting yourself" wow is all i have to say... will you guys ever just leave the dude alone? lol
No I'm not a hater it's just that PBF own words put him in doubts. I can admit that PBF wanted to fight Mosley several years ago and it didn't happen probably because of Mosley.
However he was discrediting for lots of reasons 2 or 3 weeks ago ant possiblity on fighting Mosley for lots of reasons including the PPV factor. Now all of a sudden just after the outcome of the Pacquiao fight Mosley is an option!!!
You are entiltled to your opinion as a boxing or even a PBF fan and I have to respect that, but as a boxing fan I'm also entitled to my opinion or questions for that matter and the question below are legit and does not have nothing to do with being a hater.
Is this a tactic for the Pacquiao negotiations???
Or does this has something to do with the outcome and the performance of Pacquiao and the Cotto fight?
Will PBF price himself out to avoid Pacquiao and fight Mosley, the same guy that he was saying to weeks ago was not worth fighting and that he already had his chance????
It seemed pretty obvious to me that Mayweather came back for a megabout with Pacquiao. Choosing Marquez as a comeback opponent, a guy who twice gave Pacquiao hell, to one-up Manny (after Pacquiao took care of DLH and Hatton in much more dominating fashion than Mayweather did). To also out-do the PPV sales of when Pacquiao fought Marquez, to gain more negotiating leverage in addition to the better numbers he did in those other two bouts.
Mayweather's not gonna say publicly "I'm waiting to see if Pacquiao beats Cotto", his ego is too big and he'll say everyone should wait to see what he does, not vice versa. So he said the same thing he criticizes others for, deferring to his management. I always figured the order went Pacquiao, Mosley, and then Cotto of whom he was looking to fight. He doesn't have to deal with Arum if he fights Mosley, but for a Pacquiao fight, Arum and Mayweather probably figure it's worth it to deal with each other since there's so much money at stake.
Ellerbee should be banned from giving statements for being gay!!!....I wanna see Floyd fight Pac and Mosley get the winner!!.....I know Team Pac won't let Shane weigh 147......they'll try to chop something off......but Floyd will have no choice but to stick to the script.....and the script says 147 is the WW limit!!.....so let Floyd and Manny duke it out for a chance at the TRUE WW KING!!!.....all WW roads lead to Sugar Shane
To be honest either match up would be great and bring in lots of excitement. Both Pacquiao and Mosley generate a huge buzz and are definitely great opponents. As long as he fights one of the two next I see no problem with this.
