I think what people are having a hard time to accept(including me) is not the fact that he beat Cotto but how he beat him.

Everyone knew Pacquiao could use his speed to outbox Cotto, and probably could use his speed to add some power to his punches.

But to just stand there and invite Cotto to hit him, is damn crazy, I mean he just made 27 Cotto ko victims look like featherweights. It seems impossible hence why people think Pacquiao is using something illegal to his advantage.

kind of not cool to say something about Pacquiao after Pacquiao just scored a big victory and it seems like he doesn't know anything, but if he really believes it.. i don't hold it against him too much. he's kind of girly, but after that last fight and the way Juan Diaz is acting about the last fight, there's no way I can root for Juan Diaz to beat him.
