Well i think he just is a great fighter, just like Henry Armstrong who became the feather, light, and welterweight champion and almost middleweight champion to, fought a draw in a fight against Ceferino Garcia. A fight most thought at the time he won.

The most suspect thing said about Pacquiao and steroids is when Ariza, his conditioning coach, said something to the effect of 'people who think Manny's on steroids don't understand the difference b/t steroids and supplements'. Its like Ariza was admitting Pac's using something, but saying it's something that is legal right now.

When people use the phrase "steroids", they are using it to mean EVERYTHING illegal or unethical. For example, Shane used EPO. That isn't a steroid, but it is illegal.

I don't know if Pacquiao uses illegal stuff or not. But for the people who are asking, YES. There are drugs that increase your stamina, increase your "chin", make you more alert, etc.

Again, i don't know if Pacquiao uses them or not. But they exist.
