If you read my posts, I just said I'm not picking against Pac unless it's against an ATG. Tito was very good, not great.

Manny finds a way to win. Everyone was saying the same exact thing you are saying about Tito. That Cotto was too big, Manny couldn't take his power etc etc.

Did you see Manny take Cotto's shots and smile? Was that just me seeing that or did it really happen. Manny looked like a ravenous pit bull eating raw meat on Saturday night. He is so erkie-jerky in his style, he hits from angles that can't be seen. He has so much power in both hands and his speed is probably unmatched in boxing today.

Like I said before...

I'm not saying Tito can't win this fight, I'm just picking Manny....is that ok with you?

when was the last time cotto stop or even seriously hurt an elite fighter with a single shot ? he fought a dumb fight and didnt play to his strengths of slowly and methodically breaking his opponents down, Tito on the other hand has that one punch knockout power, if he lands one of the many hooks cotto landed when pac was rushing in (regardless of what you want to believe.. this happened) its good night from there in

So you're saying Tito wouldn't be able to find Pac and wouldn't be able to handle his speed and the fight would eventually end in KO because of a "soft chin"....In that case Pacquiao beats Julio Cesar Chavez for all the same reasons.

I can't put DLH as an ATG, I mean he is great but not an ATG. I can't put him up there with guys like Ali, Robinson, Leonard etc.

I do think DLH is much better than Tito though and his boxing is on another level.

Have you ever boxed? Serious question, not trying to put you down or anything.

If you have ever boxed or even sparred with someone that was better than you, there are just times you can't do what you want no matter how hard you try because they are better than you and won't allow you to do them.

Sometimes it's that simple.

and it isnt a case pac didnt let him do what he wanted, when cotto boxed behind his jab and attacked intelligently pac at times seemed to be lost for answers, then he for some reason fell straight into the trap that both DLH and hatton fell into... thiking they could bully pac.. this was a mistake

The reason I ask this question is because if you watched the fight closely. You will see that Cotto was landing a very nice jab early on. Then about the 3rd round or so, Cotto was being countered with a lead right hook when he was throwing that jb. Which was followed by a straight left that was doing the damage.

Once you start getting countered, it's hard to keep throwing the same shot over and over because you don't want to get hit.

Same thing happened with DLH. People ask why didn't DLH keep snapping the jab out, that was because he was being countered by Mayweather and TOOK THAT AWAY FROM HIM.

Like I said, why can't you just say Pac won instead of making it seem as though Cotto lost the fight?

Manny's speed, and foot movement overwhelmed Cotto after about the 3rd, 4th round and it was over from there.

Just accept it.

If I'm reading it right and I like to think I am, you stated that Manny can't be hit, Tito has a soft chin, that he took Cotto's shots and smiled (as to imply that he'd do the same with Tito), and said that he hits from all angles and can't be seen. I stated that if that's the reason for beating Trinidad then I agree as long as you can swallow your pride and admit he'd do the same to JCC for the same reasons. I'm just making sure your not being biased.......I mean you did say Pac can't be hit.

At 147, Tito from 1992-1995 beats Pac... Pac is the greater fighter. Tito is the better WW. Tito has a better chin, more power, and way better stamina than Cotto at 147.
