I don't know if Cotto had more skills. People forget how skillfull Tito was before he fell in love with his power. That is why I said the Tito from 1992-1995 beats Pac. That Tito was not easy to beat at all.

No way, seriously let's be real here for a second.

Tito wasn't a very skilled boxer, not enough to deal with the speed and awkwardness of Manny. In order to beat Manny IMO, I think you need to be a very, very skilled boxer like a JMM.

Oscar was that but bigger and much stronger than JMM. Same reason I think Mayweather beats Manny as well.

Styles is what you need to look at. I just don't see Tito's style compatible to Manny's, I see Oscar having a much better chance.

Oh no style makes fights and Oscar had problems with fast southpaws. And, Oscar had stamina issues. After the 8 rounds Pac would dominate him and probably even stop him.

I see on here now that Tito skills were very underrated.

No disrespect man but Tito was an avg boxer even at his peak. I mean he wasn't bad, he just didn't have the skill Oscar had, or any of the other good natural boxers of the time.

Remember, he got hit a lot. He was knocked down a lot and hurt a lot. When have you ever seen Oscar get hurt to the chin? Even in the Quartey fight, Oscar wasn't really hurt, he was stunned and knocked down but never in trouble.

Vargas hurt Tito, Campas stunned him. There were much lesser fighters that were able to touch Tito consistently, Manny would have no problem hitting him.

At when WW when did you see Tito hurt. Campas did not stun Tito he dropped a cold Tito. Tito was never ever hurt at 147. Every time he got knockdown it flash knockdowns. Tito use to ust the jab as a tremendous weapon, he use to move give angles, go to the body, kept a high guard. But, when Tito fell in love with his power. He stopped using his skills and just wanted to blow everybody away.

That version of Oscar was done, finished.

Again, Oscar had no business fighting Manny at that stage. He thought size and strength could be the difference but he was old and weight drained.

Im try to stay as unbiased as I can. Also the question I have with tito is his footwork. I think Manny turns Trinidad very easy. Tito seemed very stiff and upright as a fighter. I really have a hard time seeing Trinidad deal with constantly moving from side to side to catch manny.

Just look at how cotto looked when manny moved to his right. Cotto was so off balanced but manny didnt capitilize. Cotto has better footwork than tito so I know tito would be so off balance all night it would be comical. A off balanced trinidad gets tagged all night

also all those flash knockdowns just verifies my thoughts on Tito's poor balance and footwork. 9 times out of 10 when a boxer is getting dropped and not hurt it is due to bad balance. JMM is also a great example of this.

Manny will have trinidad off balance all night and I dont see trinidad planting enought throughout the fight to land his viscous right hand. That is just my opinion though.
