Everyone said the same thing about Cotto running through Manny and what happened? I'm not saying Tito can't land a shot on Manny and hurt him, I'm just saying that after what I saw on Saturday night, I'm not going against Manny unless it's against an ATG. Tito is not an ATG. Great puncher, avg boxer.
so first you diss tito and now vargas?

      lame.

tito and vargas were better fighters than cotto. they wouldn't lose to a blown up featherweight either.

I don't know man, even in the mid-rounds, when PAC found his groove and started moving more, Cotto was still able to land some meaty hooks. I just don't see PAC survivin' those kind of shots from one of the greatest pure punchers I've seen in Tito.

Do I think PAC can put Tito on his @ss, yes, but, we all know how Tito comes back from the canvas, the f**ker was lethal!

And with Tito, PAC is facing a deadly accurate puncher, who has ever punch/combo in the book.
Jesus dude, relax with that ****...........

Tito was not Ernie Shavers, Julian Jackson, Chapo Rosario or Ruben Olivares.

manny is the far greater fighter but finds himself massively outgunned here.

he doesn't go twelve without eating some serious leather along the way and i don't like his chances of standing up to tito's firepower.

Why does one equal the other? This is what I mean when people don't think. Vargas might have been a better fighter than Cotto but SKILL wise, I would say Cotto was a better boxer than both Vargas and Tito. Definitely Tito. Cotto was an accomplished amateur, with great skills in fighting up close. Especially to the body and hooks to the head. Tito was a long, lanky puncher who didn't have great boxing but had serious power in both hands.

I just can't go against Manny at this point.

someone has fell right onto the pac bandwagon

difference between cotto and tito is this...... tito was KO'ing natural middleweights, he took out mayorga who at the time was considered to have a chin made from granite, say with yori boy campas admittedly they were fighters that allowed themselves to be hit... pac however is hardly pernell whitaker for evaisness is he

Soft chin @ 147? Tito was a rock at welterweight. Not to take anything from Manny but he can be hit and Tito hits way harder than Cotto. Trinidad's one of the hardest hitting welters of all time.

Tito's activity/ stamina/ power/ chin and PLUS having a really good right hand > Cotto.

There was even a time when he was on the ropes, smiling at Cotto with his hands up like Clottey did him.

If Manny fights Godzilla, I'm taking Manny Pacquiao.
Manny got hit quite a few times when he was caught off guard. But blind Pacfans don't want to admit it and only say he let himself be hit. The times it seemed he wanted to get hit, it was more of a pride thing to shove off the impression of the hits that really landed unexpectedly. Seriously, nothing worse than an extreme Pacman fan. Just borderline fanatism, refusing to see anything that's not positive about Manny. You guys are the worst.

This would be Hearns vs Duran all over again. Tito blows him out in under three rounds.
