You're wrong...very wrong. Mayweather doesn't set to throw the left hook, add in his hand speed and accuracy and the only thing Cotto's left hook has over Floyd's is pop.

yeah, floyd and cotto's hook are totally different. floyd leads with his hook rather than the jab and uses it to set up the strait right. cotto's hook is just a power hook

When I made my analysis to Pacquiao vs. Cotto, I picked Cotto to lose because he didn't have the right kind of left hook.

Really?!?! Boy stopp... Just stop.. Floyds left hook is more acurate and much faster than cottos... On top of that, he lands it more...

i dont think itd be as effective if floyd used it against pacquiao

pacquiao has the speed to avoid or let floyd overshoot the left hook

then again floyd still has that excellent right straight, and its not like floyd only has the left hook for his arsenal..

Mayweather will have a plan until Pacquiao hits him.

the left hook and straight right are the most important punches against southpaws and that just happens to be mayweathers best 2 punches however mayweather doesnt fight as well against southpaws. if u listen to the commentary on the mayweather vs. corley fight they explain how mayweathers dad was saying not to put him up against a southpaw until he was ready and it turned out to be one of his biggest 3 tests (along with de la hoya and castillo)

I think it was a leaping shot to the body....i believe he was trying to land a shot similar to the one he landed on Sharmba Mitchell.
