Pacquiao will counter that left hook of FLoyd. The jab of Pac is just too fast.
Cotto only landed some hooks because Pac showed him mercy?

If he uses it to counter. The only punch that can hurt Pac is one he doesn't see coming.

He must catch Manny in mid combination. Floyd will have to fight a perfect fight.

      He can't hurt his hand.

I think Manny will come after him in a sort of combo style of Jesus Chavez and Castillo. And the southpaw stance helps as well.

      An Incredible match-up.

Pac probably would be able to take a lot of punches from Floyd, unless the Cotto fight left any permanent damage which effects his resilience..

            Real smart.
Mayweather will be too fast, to big and too strong for Manny Pacquiao come may 2010......Mayweather will be bigger than Cotto was watch....IMO he will be the size he was in the Oscar fight.....

Floyd's counters will land like lasers easily against the non defensive Pacquiao. Pac's only method is to attack, and Mayweathers method is to be defensive then attack out of his defense......defense is the KEY in this fight.....

Also Mayweather has a longer reach and is taller...his jab will be to fast for the smaller Manny to counter and reach Mayweather....Mayweather's jab to the body, straight right hand, left hooks....his arsenal will be too much for Pac.....

I think Pacquiao will be an easy fight for Mayweather.

Why even ask about a punch that is only one in his arsenal.
Floyd is more well rounded and a superior boxer to Cotto.
I personally think Floyds countering will be the key if they fight.
Floyd is a very defensive fighter that waits for his opportunities and then counters.
Ask about Floyds strengths if your going to ask.
I mean the one man that gave Pac hell was JMM and Floyd embarrassed him.
Every one of JMM strengths Floyd does better. Jab, hooks, uppercuts, countering, defense.

its gonna take a combination of things to slow pac down. defense, accurate counter punching, jab, etc. one punch is not gonna slow pac down. floyd will need to use all his skill in this fight
