I cant understand why Hopkins is still considered P4P number 1 by anyone, he's a good fighter but definitely not number 1.

His last opponent Eastman is an average skilled fighter, he is very tough but nothing more!! genuine top P4P fighters like Mayweather, Tszyu, Morales etc would school Eastman if they were the same weight. If that had of been the first time i'd seen Hopkins then i wouldnt put him as number 1 middleweight never mind P4P number 1.

Hopkins was a great fighter but he's not anymore. He was a top P4P fighter but i think he will take a beating if he doesnt retire soon.

That's a completley one sided way of looking at it.

Lets see Mayweather, Tszyu, Morales go undefeated for 11 years, and then at 40 fight a solid guy like Eastman. Not saying they won't, but they haven't yet. Hopkins has. Bottom line is that (like many middleweight greats before him) he's opted to set a record of defenses at middleweight. He specializing in winning, and hasn't lost in over a decade.
