Why do people want to rank Paul Williams so low P4P?

Paul Williams also wouldn't have struggled with Mayorga either. That would've been a one-sided fight. I take talent and activity into consideration. I'm not saying Mosley isn't talented, he is just inconsistent at times. Williams always puts stamps on his wins on top of beating every guy he's faced. He won the last round against Margarito when he was Williams was supposedly a green fighter. Bernard Hopkins had a close fight with Winky Wright even though he won and then went on to lose to Calzaghe.well I might agree if we were talking about some young cat but you cant act like Hopkins & Shane aint put in there work in this game. You know that at there age they are not going to be fighting 4 times a year. They are looking for big money super fights right now so most likely it will always be once or twice that they fight.Comment

IMO he has fought some good people , and even tho he is a great fighter that presents so much potential and such challenges to any opponent. he hasnt faced the opposition needed to be called p4p , I mean , to me if hes not in the top ten p4p , he is close enough , But I think he needs a couple more fight to prove it.And the reason I ask this is because Hopkins, Mayweather, and Mosley haven't fought as often as he has. If he beats Sergio Martinez, he should be #2. Mosley should be automatically ranked underneath him for three reasons. #1, he blatantly turned him down. #2, Williams beat his conquereror (Even if it's a more faded version). #3, Sergio Martinez is a better and more proven fighter than Berto. And Williams already beat Margarito before Mosley got to him. Hopkins and Mosley have done nothing but hold their spots hostage. Bernard keeps making opponents move up in weight. Mosley has done jack **** since his win over Margarito when Williams will have fought two times since Mosley fought and three times since Hopkins fought. If these guys belong in the top five, then so does Paul Williams.Comment

Williams blasted out Quintana systematically as well rather than with one punch. I've got no idea how Williams lost to him. Lol. I'm a Cotto detractor, but Cotto really impressed me with the way he beat Quintana in a close fight. If Quintana was total garbage than he wouldn't have beaten Williams like he did in the first fight. Do any Cotto fans want to defend their boy and say that the Cotto from the Quintana fight may have beaten Pac?
