Why are people saying Pacquiao's style is "tailor-made" for Floyd?

Whilst Manny was impressive last night, I think it proved that he will be outboxed by Floyd if they ever fight.

When Cotto fought smart and kept Pac at a distance, Pac had no answer. He will need Floyd to stand and trade at some point, and I can't see Mayweather doing that against Pac if he didn't do it against JMM.
