Why are people saying Pacquiao's style is "tailor-made" for Floyd?

floyd has a reach advantage over pac, excellent counterpunching skills, add to that a stiff right, hell.. floyd will beat pac to a boring UD

pac always comes forward at weird angles and good hand speed, w/c may catch floyd at the opening rounds, but maybe floyd can adjust to it in the later rounds (that is still a ? though)

also pac can pressure and constantly flurry money may whenever he shoulder rolls or shells up which may result in floyds being inactive and always staying on the defensive which i see is the only way pac can win a SD though highly unlikely

however if pac can walk through floyds punches, outgun money may and beat him to the punch we might see an upset

good question TS and I know that I have said this before a few times. I feel that he is because Manny is a very offensive fighter and comes forward and his defense isn't the best. If you look at Floyd is the exact opposite of that, so with Manny charging ahead throwing ALOT of punches, he opens himself up to be countered for the duration of the fight. However, I can't wait to see how it plays out.

It's becuase Floyd moves around very well. He's not going to stand in the line of fire and become target practice. Plus Floyd has no problem tying guys up and neutralizing any type of momentum they may have.

I think Pac can win a decision over Floyd on activity. However, I doubt he can stop Mayweather because he just doesn't stand in there to get hit a whole lot. It would definitely be an interesting fight though.

pac will have to chase floyd down, throw punches in bunches, and use his speed.

if floyd does counter pac, it wont hurt pac it will just make pac off balanced like marquez did to pac.

as long as pac dont get countered a whole lot, pac will win.


the reason marquez gave pac so much trouble is cuz JMM is a good counter puncher, but JMM will also come towards you and isn't scared to trade.
