    Wrong.

If that's your opinion...whoa...fine I guess, but don't call me crazy for not agreeing with that.

I wouldn't say that Lewis was nearly as fast on his feet as Roy, but he was wast for a heavy. In terms of hand speed, Lewis was actually really fast. Not as fast as Roy, but close enough. Lewis was also a pretty deceptive puncher. He'd drop his shoulder, and from that position he could throw a hook to the body or an overhand right with a lot of power. I don't think it would take too many shots from Lewis to take Roy out, and he'd be guaranteed to land a few.

      Interesting point.

I've also discussed this about Danny Willimas. He took a horrible beating in the first 2 rounds, Tyson hit him with some hellacious blows, he looked done against Vitali.

Lewis would knock him out, but saying he's as fast as Roy? Lewis is quick for a big man but that's it. Compare him to films of Joe Louis and he's nothing. Put him in there with prime Ali and he misses like Liston did. The guy was quick for a 6'5" 250 lbs heavyweight.

Lewis's handspeed, in relation to his size, is like a ******ed child who regulary gets C+'s in school. Not all that impressive until you take into consideration who it is. Then it become remarkable.

I just cant see how RJJ can beat Lewis. He cant knock him out and he cant outpoint him. With that power, reach, size and height advantage...just way too much. Not to mention Lewis was a very good technical boxer too. A fight between an originally MW & p4p best against 1 really dull boring HW champ is one thing, but against an undisputed HW champion?

Actually, Lewis had really fast hand speed. He didn't always use it, with his jab. But when he got an opening for a solid shot, the hand speed was there.

Fast in a relative sense. Someone had said he was "almost as quick as Roy Jones" and that is an exaggeration.

When Roy was in his so called prime he was talking so much **** all over every tv program like Jay Leno that he could knock out Tyson and all this ****. No f****ing way could Jones knock out (34 or 35 year old tyson)--- could knock Jones out in 17 seconds. Roy seriously overestimates himself, when Toney talks ****, he knows he is talking tounge in cheek, Jones doesn't. Jones actually believes all the **** he talks.

Tongue in cheek my ass. This just shows how much of a biased hater you are to believe some dumb **** like that.

                  Hypocrite.

Toney has made racist remarks over the Klitschkos and has berated many people and himself in the process.

Roy doesn't disrespect fighters like that, and so what if he said he would KO Mike?

You were probably one of the thousands who thought Roy would never fight Ruiz either...and now say Ruiz was garbage or th ref didn't let him do anything.

Lennox & Vitali no way. Their height advantage would be too much. Those 2 guys really know how to use their height advantage. Im not sure if he could have taken Mike Tyson. Tyson is pretty fast himself and his punches would definetly hurt him. Ruiz was a perfect matc for him. Id give it to him against Golota & Byrd though.

[B]couldn't agree with you more about those match ups..I rather see a tyson and holyfield 3 rather than roy vs. ? ...why not..there @ career low anyway..hopefully mike doesn't bring his bronx biting skills.
