Floyd would be 1, Cotto 2, and the rest depending on the nature of the fight.
If Cotto wins...who's P4P #1?

Pac would remain no1, Cotto no2, and PBF no3.
PBF would need to do something with these 2 men to get above them. PBF can't keep looking from the outside while his peers duke it out with each other.Comment

Cotto has defended he's belt against the best. Mosley, Margarito, Clottey, Pacquiao, Quintana, Judah. Instead of choosing the weakest champion and winning like Mayweather does. For the people saying that Cotto doesn't move up in weight and has stayed at WW, Why would he move up in weight if the best fighters and the money are at welterweight? He's #1 P4P if he wins tonight.Last edited by Punker; 11-14-2009, 02:10 PM.Comment

If Cotto beats Pacquiao, i personally think he belongs to be number 1.
If Mayweather can be number 2 with a win over a blown up lightweight then Cotto deserves number 1 for beating Pac.Comment

P4P is based on current activity, what does what he do at 130 8 years ago or whatever have to do with 2009?
He may have not beat a champ to claim their thrown, but he sure has defended it like a true champ and that counts for something, he's 14-1 in championship fights and to me that is just as impressive as spanking Baldomir for his title.Comment

[QUOTE=chicano79us;6641650]Mayweather has won championship fights in 5 count that FIVE weight divisions. I don't like Mayweather one bit but he has more right to be #1 than Cotto.[/QUOTE
so he has the right to get the 1 spot even though he ducked all the best since he got to 147, gtfo. its bad enough he got #2Comment

Even Hopkins should be ranked over Floyd because he's fought better comp. Pavlik, Wright, and Tarver > Judah, Baldomir, and Hatton. And Floyd has been even more inactive than Hopkins has.Comment
