i think cotto was a wise pick for team pacquiao because people forget because of his recent wars that he moved up in weight not too long ago and that cotto's knockouts came early on in his career and he has only knocked out average fighters since his increase in weight. He has power but has not put down an elite fighter at ww although he is a bonafide ww.
