Floyd had 3 fights at WW when he fought DLH at JMW. Oscar had 13 fights at WW, 7 at JMW, and 2 at MW, 9 fights above WW from 2001-2008.

Floyd is currently a natural WW, but he was not a natural WW with only 3 WW fights under his belt, not to mention he fought DLH at JMW.

comparing Floyd vs MP's resume through the number of World Champion boxers they fought is flawed. Why? because how will you quantify MP's 3 fights with EM, 2 fights w/ Barrera and 2 fights JMM(well you can consider each fight as championship fight due the the talent and caliber of each of the 3 fighers). Each of these fights, though not all are for belts, are way better than FM belt fights w/ Gatti, Baldomir, Judah.

Pacquiao was has only been on there half of that time.
