Why didnt all the boxing experts rank Pacquiao higher than Mayweather

    1998 Mayweather > Pacquiao

Do that for the whole resume. LMAO!!! you are a clown fa real.

Mayweather > Pacquiao in resume and name recognition

      If you disagree...
      ANSWER THIS QUESTION !!

Why is it that when both Pacquiao and Mayweather was active nobody rated Pacquiao higher than Mayweather, if Pacquiao suppose to have the better resume?

Dont you think People would have took note of this and had Manny Pacquiao
      ranked higher then Floyd Mayweather.
      in 1998,1999,2000,2001,2002,2003,2004,2005,2006,2007, and 2008.?

Why in all these years did nobody ever say you know Floyd Mayweather,
your #2 and Manny pacquiao is #1 ?

      Why?
FACTS = The cure for ignorance !
      You need help mr.

Floyd is currently a natural WW, but he was not a natural WW with only 3 WW fights under his belt, not to mention he fought DLH at JMW.
          Thats only cuz' Oscars older.

Packy was unknown back then. Besides, "experts" don't mean ****. Those are politically driven popularity contests.

Results are what counts. Packy produces them and over achieves, while Mayweather just talks.

              lmao!!

he beat the #2 P4P fighter in the world (the same fighter than many people feel beat Pac just last year)

and Marquez only had to gain 7 lbs (coming up from 135)...that nothing compared to the 17 Manny had to put on to fight Oscar

and also thats pretty Pathetic if the UNIVERSALLY RECOGNIZED POUND FOR POUND #2 FIGHTER IN THE WORLD gets dominated and shut out by a guy who was inactive for almost 2 years!

              • comparing Floyd vs MP's resume through the number of World Champion boxers they fought is flawed. Why? because how will you quantify MP's 3 fights with EM, 2 fights w/ Barrera and 2 fights JMM(well you can consider each fight as championship fight due the the talent and caliber of each of the 3 fighers). Each of these fights, though not all are for belts, are way better than FM belt fights w/ Gatti, Baldomir, Judah.

Pacquiao resume is not better than Floyd's from top to bottom ..because if it was Pacquiao wouldnt have recently just got on the Pound for Pound list in 2004..when he has been a pro just 1995..

Floyd was Ranked on Ring Magazine's pound-for-pound list for
                  TEN consecutive years. 10 years.

Pacquiao was has only been on there half of that time.

Floyd has spent Three and a half Years Atop of that List: 2005,2006,2007, End Jun/2008 (retire)
                  1. 2005: http://www.boxrec.com/media/index.ph..._Ratings:_2005

                  3. 2007: http://www.boxrec.com/media/index.ph..._Ratings:_2007

Pacquiao has only spent 1 year ontop of that list..

                  FACTS
dont support Pacquiao having a better overall resume from begining to end ...!!

prove it wrong pac supporters !!!

                    • This thread is obviously going nowhere.

There is no definite answer, you will never get everyone to agree with you.

                      And if numbers don't lie.

                      45>13.

                      Those are numbers.
