if everybody is around 106lbs at the age of 16 then why nobody had been able to be a flyweight champion to lightweight champion let alone JWW? Why? because there's only one who could have done for it and it was pacquiao only.
Tired of hearing Manny was a 106 pounder

the reason why pac gets credit for it is not because he started at 106. Its because he started at 106 and fought top competition along the way, in the process grabbed 6 belts and 4 liner titles. he fought in 5 of the original 8 weight classes motherfuckers.Comment

i have said this over and over again, manny gets way too much hype for growing. because if you really think about it, in the end we all grow...

This is the part people miss. Pac was a CHAMPION at flyweight. Regardless that he was so damn young, he was a champion already. The difference is unlike current champs such as Calderon or Solis who have been in the lower weight divisions all their career, Pac has grown since being a champ of the lower weights. Some people might of thought that was as far as Manny could go and many did think that. But he kept going up and winning. It's not as simple as a 106lber coming up since he was young. It's what he accomplished at 106lbs and up.Comment

No big deal? Are serious? Which Mexicans started at 106lbs by age 20 was a Flyweight champ and 10yrs later moved up 8 divisions and challenging a top 3 WW? Some of you guys crack me up. Ya'll make it seem like if nothing. And, like you just said is nothing special. Yet nobody I repeat NOBODY has done it in over a 100yrs. And, I don't know when we will ever see somthing like that again. And, you say is nothing special? yea ok buddy...Comment
