Yeah they do. And it goes very basic.

You got a guy watching Kimbo he probably thinks I got a shot or two in on him I could kick his ass.
But a good boxer, a Mayweather, a Pac a whoever, a guy sees that, he thinks wtf there is no way in hell I could kick his ass.

But he identifies in a way.

This dude is throwing 10 shots at me, and ducking mine.

Seriously, boxing is basic. Everyone has been in fights at some point.

Why they don't capture a common experience, and market the **** out of it is beyond me.

It got to be a good ole boys in the back room with cigars and this bs.

I mean people say boxing is dead, but **** fighting has been with us since Adam smacked the **** out of eve or whatever the hell they did.

And we sit here bsing about ppv buys that were bought by hardcores.

I seriously am thinking of setting some **** off in this biz, brother.

        Pain....

Do you know that Mayweather-Hatton did $10.3 million and that Pacquiao-Hatton did $9 million?

Those fights sold quickly and thoroughly at high prices. Do you want to adjust your thinking?

Mayweather's return against Marquez made the German news here in Germany.......I haven't seen one bit of news on the Pac-Cotto fight here!!.....it's crazy because the fight on the 14th is the BETTER fight IMO!!

Pacquiao-Hatton did 8.8 million and the prices were the same for this fight, that fight didn't sell out until the final week so I expect this card to squeeze in a few more seats(Cards are considered sellouts even if there are a few K tickets still available unless your the UFC which gives away thousands of tickets yet still doesn't fill up the arena and still calls it a sell out) . Over 9 million is about right not including the closed circuit which looks to be a good amount.

I'm not doubting Pacquiao's drawing power, but i am doubting Cotto's. Don't do it Dom, I know you're e-rich but tbh with you i Think this fight will do just over 800k and that's pushing it. I hope i'm wrong though, I want it to do a mill so it can make negotiations with Mayweather go smoother.

                Nothing in the UK.

A puerto Rican vs a Philopinoy. Why would the British media give a ****?
Mayweather may get a mention in the UK news papers because he is an loud mouth American.

Is there buzz for Froch after his victory?

I always thought if Britain had Gatti, Gatti would be knighted even after he lost.
You guys love your blood and guts guys.

I have the same nums. We agree on the history, but not the projection.

Who is Froch? Nah, i havent heard anything mentioning him either. Even if he KO'd Dirrel i dont think the fight was a big deal at all.

But i dont read the papers much.

I dod hear a non boxing fan mention how Khan is facing a *** next.

If Gatti was British he would be a hero. Bruno was practically a God here ffs!
