This fight is not going to be won with speed because Cotto is not
that slow and is primed. This fight is going to ball down to who
can take the most punishment and in that department I would
have to lean towards Cotto. If Manny can't hurt Cotto, then he
is done for. I can see Roach stopping the fight or atleast Cotto
putting Manny down. I always been a lil skeptical about how
much punishment Manny can take. Diaz, De La Hoya, Hatton
were easy targets, Cotto should be more competitive and force
Manny to fight his hardest. I am not a big fan of Cotto but I'm
not going to sleep on him in this match up. At first I did before
the fight was announced but as things got official I just had to
give Cotto the nod. Inorder for Manny to beat Cotto he is going
to have to back Cotto up and pressure him and that is just not
Manny's style. Pac style is to move in and out, use his speed and
angles, while getting out of the way and Cotto is by nature a pressure
fighter and Manny's style is taylor made for Cotto because Cotto is
a hunter in the ring and is not comfortable with being the hunted.
So if Manny stays on the run, Cotto is going to pressure him,
cut the ring off and once Cotto does that then Manny is done.
Man! I can't wait for this fight to happen! Next weekend it's on.

Well said, I totally agree with you on this, To be honest when the fight was first announced I was like damn..Cotto is in trouble, but then I thought that when he fought Judah and Mosely, becuase they both have power and speed, and he managed to beat both of them. Unless Manny hits harder than them I cant see he will stop Cotto from ****ing him out. And If Cotto can establish his jab early, Manny will be in some deep ****.

Cotto fighting with a chip on his shoulder is not something Team Pacquiao should want. But that's what they're going to get.

The one concern I have is that Miguel is starting to look a little too thin. Hopefully he doesn't overtrain.

Roach is doing his thing plus this fight has mroe press than any other.

When you are a big star, you get more interviews and come across as ****y. Loads of big names seem that way but I bet you they spoke the same as when they weren't so famous too
