HBO 24/7 ratings are significantly down with Pacquiao/Cotto.

If Pac beats Mosley convincingly, does that change your opinion on the matter?

      Shane was out there too....

If I couldnt secure a Pacman fight, I may have fought Shane Mosley and made big money in that fight after a 21 month layoff. I would have fought either the "so called" #1 P4P fighter or I would have fought the #1 Welterweight Champion. Because Im Mayweather, I am the man, it doesnt matter who I fight, Im the man! Thats my mentality, because the money will be there for me regardless who I fight! The Pacman fight would have been the "Big Event" and the SHane fight would have been the "Big Competitive Event". Either fight would have presented Mayweather with a big payday. Hell, he could have even tried to get Oscar to come out for a rematch, after a 21 month layoff and it would have been a "BIG COMPETITIVE FIGHT". The JMM fight was a joke designed for JMM to get his big payday while Floyd gets the majority of the money made. I have no problems with fighters getting money, but not at the expense of ignorant casual boxing fans who view boxing as a popularity contest.

Floyd is not Ray Leonard. Two different people. Two different times.
Why do people keep bringing linking that?

Sooooo, Pacman would have been a great fight. But the guy who fought even with Pacman was a crap fight. Got it.

              Easy-E,
You are right about one thing, Pacman vs Floyd is a bigger fight and if I was Floyd I would have went for the bigger fight after a 21 month layoff. I dont think Pacman is a better fighter than Shane or Cotto, that remains to be figured out on the 14th when Pacman fights Cotto. I am going with Cotto in that fight because I believe Cotto is the better, bigger, stronger fighter.

Hypocrites, they took cheap shots at Mayweather-Marquez 24/7, and now that Cotto-Pac appears to be losing buzz its no big deal...Floyd proves time again that his is the draw, the cash king of boxing.

No one complained with Ray came out of retirement to fight Hagler!

Well it worked for Ray Leonard!! He even came out of retirement and fought who he perceived was the best at 154 at the time, Terry Norris..

If Im coming out of retirement, I am going to come back to silence all critics and fight "THE BEST". Coming out after a 21 month layoff against JMM actually created more critics against Floyd. Now I know Floyd dont give a damn about critics, but it leaves the door wide open for naysayers to continue to hate on Floyd.

Its obvious that Floyd has come out of retirement not to fight the best, but to only make money. As I said previously, I have no problems with that man making money, but not at the expense of ignorant casual boxing fans..

That wasn't an example of triangular logic. That was an example of "who is at what level".

Either Marquez is a great fighter...or he is not.

                    Is he?

Not sure if you're serious with that...but if you are I strongly disagree with things being that black and white.
