are you reading this 24/7 people?
and next time don't put 24/7 before the fighters names, it's always about the fighers.
I liked the episode. I know it's not flashy like those of Mayweather, but it seems to me more culturally aware and revealing.

And yes, Mayweather's 24/7s might be exciting, but his fights usually aren't. And that's because he doesn't like to take too many chances inside the ring and he doesn't care about entertaining you, which is respectable because he does what he needs to do to win. You'll never see him pulling an Erik Morales, switching southpaw in the last round just to entertain the fans. But yeah, Pac-Cotto 24/7 might not have been filled with flash and excitement, but their fight will.

so it goes both ways. ****** hater

Originally posted by RJFO View PostThis is a cultural appreciation. I, for one, found the soundtrack to be quite good. These fighters shouldn't have American music in their backgrounds... and Cotto, for example, listens to a lot of "salsa gorda" (old school salsa) and this was perfect... the Aguanile of Hector Lavoe while they presented him was a nice touch.

On the contrary, Cotto and his trainer has said that Cotto is in his best shape ever because of the hard and planification they have put for thus fight.
They are well aware of the tough warrior they have in front of them and Cotto needs to bring his A game along with his best condition in order to defeat Pacquiao.
If Cotto stays quiet and just says it will be a great fight, Cotto has no confidence.
If Cotto says he at his best and will win on Nov. 14, Cotto is underestimating Pacman.Last edited by prsi; 10-25-2009, 10:40 AM.
