If he was fighting 3 times in 2026, one gimmick defence vs this kickboxer would be passable, but due to his inactivity it's indefensible.

I DONT KNOW if Usyk beats Kabayel, Kabayel is aging into his mid 30s and has been waiting more than a year for his shot. It's not on and if it was anyone but Usyk messing the division around people would be complaining.

This "kickboxer" is better than Vitali, Breidis and Jarell Miller who could not deal with with shin on shin fighting when they both competed in the same organization, while Miller has been a outright menace for all the top contenders.

Looks can be deceptive. The thing is, he was still on his feet, wasn't out and was slipping enough punches that Wardley never hit him clean enough to drop him.

There's no big money, meaningful fight out there.

It's for the rest to fight it out now. I like the idea of him having a passing of the torch type fight but I'm not sure anyone is ready for that.
