Canelo is not an all time great fighter

I don't have a list it would take extensive research and be very, very time consuming but I would imagine he'd be somewhere in the top 50-70? Admittedly pulling those figures straight out of my a$$.

I for sure couldn't name 100 with better resumes and accomplishments.

6 lists I have been through now, its never going to be perfect as its so subjective however this is the best of the lists I found in those 6.
There are a good amount I disagree with I am sure many will even go as far as saying its a rubbish list but its the most researched from the 6 I found.

I personally think the top 20-25 give or take a couple is reasonable (Holmes for example is too high) and it gets rather murky after. There are certainly a few that are head scratching.
There are roughly 60 or so named that didn't quite make the cut.

Comparing Canelos resume, accomplishments etc I think he stacks up well and is better than a good portion of them.

That was just a random guess/figure off the top of my head but a quick look I'd put him quite a bit higher, regardless 70th still qualifies as an ATG.
The modern sport has well over a Centuries history and hundreds of thousands if not millions of competitors, to be 70th overall is some doing.

He's probably more in the 40-50 range.
