Toney doesn't need to stop Tyson just frustrated him enough that he has a mental breakdown and could himself out of the fight, I think toney can do it.

We're talking about prime Tyson against lets assume the best Toney who didn't have to cut weight, he will have no time or ability to frustrate him as he is swarmed with fast explosive combinations from the get go. Yes, size at any weight means alot its why we have weight classes, Fury couldn't have done what he did agaist Wilder without the weight disparity
