Parker vs Wardley demonstrates modern fans are clueless

The infestation of "influencers" being boxing pundits, and social media being full of absolute casuals.

And let's be clear here I picked Parker to win, but I thought it could be a tough fight for him

Casuals just saw Parker blast out the Congolese blimp and started acting like he was Mike tyson and the narrative got out of control.

I said all along Huni was a better technical boxer than Parker, he just has a glass chin, which anyone with knowledge of the sport knew.

Parker has struggled with "domestic" level fighters before, he beat a shot to pieces wilder and pulled one off vs Zhang but he was never levels above Wardley.

    Parker is dead average.

Arguably lost to Ruiz and Chisora and got beat up by Dillian Whyte and absolutely battered by Joe Joyce.

    White Collar Wardley dogged him.

^^^ that doesnt detract from the gift stoppage Wardley got.

We deserved to see the fighters take the result out of the refs hands.
Parker couldnt believe the ref stepped in.

He earned the right to fire back, whether the storm or go out on his shield.

The amount of comments I seen that Parker was going to stop Wardley early...

        Based on what?

I felt like I was in an alternate dimension

I said on a post Wardley would / could win and it wouldn't be an upset because Parker isnt all that.

            Yup.

            Parker was sooo overrated.

Some people were even overrating him because DDD didn't fight him. They said he was great because he didn't beat DDD.

            Its wild.

The guy is a basic boxer.
            His power is average.
            Speed is average.
            Defence is less than average.
He doesn't like it when he's forced to fight.

Almost average Parker. He's just not good.

Even against Zhang you could see he wasn't the same level, Zhang just thought it was easy and got it wrong.

Parker was just in the right place at the right time.

He's been battered and stopped by "Slow" Joe Joyce and "White Collar" Wardley.

The DDD thing was ridiculous, a narrative just started on some YouTube comments and everyone ran with it

                    Anyway, sanity restored.
