    Pulev? He's a 15 fps Jack Dempsey.

I wonder if Parker will accept the WBA interim strap if he beats Wardley.

If so, he could end up Itauma's mandatory right after Itauma ducked him.

Pulev is one of those fighters who's management has been bribing the wba and ibf for a good while now to get him into high position in their rankings. He is turd and a dinosaur to boot. Itauma is going to smoke him easily, probably in a single round.

Lets call it the ghost of Fres Oquendo . Haunting the WBA ringside. Never to go away.

Pulev has milked the old "Bulgaria's first world heavyweight champion" shtick for as long as he can. I was surprised they didn't arrange a big homecoming fight for him in Sofia, as he'd be sure to sell out an arena there. But, then again, if he lost - and given how slow and vulnerable he is he probably would lose - then that puts paid to any big paydays with a big name.

So this is the cash out fight for him, and he knows that fake title is going elsewhere soon. But he'll want a big fat bag to surrender that belt. He was probably hoping for a popular name like Chisora or even an AJ rematch, to make stadium-level PPV cash. Sadly, Itauma just doesn't have the profile to make this the payday Kubrat wanted.

For Itauma, it's a great situation. He gets to pummel another geriatric faded name in a round or two, gets declared a "heavyweight champion" (even though he won't be) and the hype train continues... that is until he has to face someone who isn't a vulnerable geezer and actually hits him back.

agree been shaking my head since everyone is anointing him the next great HW because he smashed McKean & the faded Whyte. Like Dimitrenko, Botysov & David Price before him he is all hype & unproven. Let’s see him fight Vianello. He’s a decent gatekeeper. See what he does to a live body with some skill.

Everyone thinks his this next great heavyweight but in reality if you see who his best wins are, McKean who's has no defense and had a good night against Hrgovic a lot of fighters styles are suited for each other and then Whyte who is way past his best whose been inactive and without PED's is really poor. He had an opportunity to face Sanchez and turned this down for Pulev, I'm afraid his now showing his true colours who's taking the safe road with no risks, his talking about jumping in with Ussyk with no rounds under his belt, I'm sorry him and his team are delusional. Let's compare him to Wardley who has no Amateur experience has more honour in his little finger than Itauma has in his entire body. A joke really. I'm so glad he never broke Mike Tysons record of been youngest heavyweight Champion in History and will not beat Patterson's either otherwise the phony will get even a bigger head.
