Boots is on a different level! He's levels above Bohachuk! Ortiz will not get off the canvas twice and beat Boots. Boots did choose Stanionis over Ortiz Jr., that was weak, and he has to live with all that comes with it! However, that's only going to motivate him! I hope Boots and Vergil meet up EARLY '26, to settle this in the ring!Comment

I could be wrong, but I think Boots takes chances against lesser quality opponents in order to be "exciting". I do thin he takes those chances or makes those mistakes against more dangerous thoughts.Comment

timmy has spoken!!
now let the fight be made before ortiz exits the entire division in a steaming hissy fit because he cant get the belts to fall into his lap and noone will give him his shot
as for boots put your action where the gob is, i have my doubts but we shall seeComment

This right here! No truer words could have been spoken. I couldn’t have it said better myself.
Boots is just too big, too strong and too durable for Ortiz at this 154 pound weight division.
Also, Judging by their last two performances; I cannot understand how anyone can believe otherwise.
Boots now needs to turn his attention away from Ortiz because he would never fight him now. He’s talking about moving to 160 soon.
He just needs to focus on the other titleholders and contenders at 154 like Bakhram Murtazaliev. Who have recently accepted Ennis’ call out.Last edited by champion4ever; Today, 04:32 AM.Comment

They all ducked each other. So what is your point? Neither Ortiz or Crawford would fight Ennis now.
With Bud it’s understandable because he has nothing to prove. He’s older, has been there and done that. However, with Ortiz; He has a lot to prove.
He has never challenged for major world title in his entire career. Jaron needs to move on from Vergil and fight the other top titleholders and contenders at 154.
Like Bakhram Murtazaliev for his IBF scrap.

That’s very true. If Boots wants that Turki money then he has going have to start taking some risks outside of the ring.
I think Hearn got that point well over to both him and his team. Which is the reason why he started calling out all of the big names at 154.Comment
