The truth is Floyd did indeed duck a WBA title shot vs Harris and instead handpicked a bum named Bruseles, which Arum somehow manipulated HBO to pay for. Floyd flat out ducked Harris. It's an absolute fact. Only a protected fraud ducks a world title shot to fight an easy bum.
