After Massey, Nyika, and Squeo I was hoping he might fight somebody good.

Zurdo, Jack, Mikaelyan, Billam-Smith, Cieslak, Papin, Peralta, Rozicki, Mosquea, even old man Masternak.

But nope. He just continues fighting no-hopers.

We're now in the absurd situation where sanctioning bodies have 'ordered' Opetaia and CBS to fight guys outside the TBRB top 10 rather than each other. With Ramirez injured, that's the next best fight in the division.

Buff Guy Jai vs. 40yo Adolf Erdogan Saddam...what a JOKE of a fight.

He should pick on somebody his own size like Macho Mazatlan Mobster Ramirez.

Both Masternak and Riakaporhe, were originally ordered by IBF to enter negotiations with Jai, around 2023/24. Both chose to go CBS, WBO route instead. CBS fought both, then decided to unify with Zurdo, instead of Jai. Jai cannot force these guys to fight him, but you would hope Eddie could get some genuine top 6 opponents to step up !
