Why would a Frenchman (of Congolese descent) and an Englishman (with Nigerian roots) fight in Ghana? Maybe rematch the other Congolese guy in Kinshasa?

Joshua needs to decide. I personally think December is too late to make anything he does relevant for the first half of 2026. If he wants to work into one more title shot (or massive payday) he needs to make himself bankable. Quickly. It will be harder to frame the "AJ is back" stories this time around. Time is no longer on his side now that the book has been written on how to beat him.

The Congo is a large country, and trouble is mostly in some Eastern states. There is no war going on in Kinshasa, and if govt. supports such an initiative, it can definitely happen. In fact, Bakole just told Radio Rahim that their president is planning such an event. And for that matter, neither is Abuja nor Lagos in Nigeria, unsafe for a boxing match. Nigeria can definitely host a boxing match in either of these two cities or Calabar, Enugu, etc. The threats are in the North East, but that region is economically repressed to hold any competition in the first place.

I see it as a 50/50 fight, AJ honestly isn't much better than Yoka

Yoka just signed to Warren. Why would AJ give a pay day to new signed Warren's guy ?

Everyone of significance is signed to Warren nowadays, so who's AJ supposed to fight? Plus, it might have some financial backing in that fight, either from the Saudis or from the Ghanaian government. Eddie won't be putting in that money. Plus, it is an easy fight for AJ and gives some legitimacy if they announce this together with a fake fight with Jake Paul.
