Styles make fights and Madrimov (if you believe him) says he was sick for the Ortiz fight, but clearly Ortiz had an easier time with him than Crawford did.

I would be surprised if he faced Conwell in his first fight moving up. isn't Ellis a welterweight? Boots vs Ellis would have been a good fight 2 or 3 years ago. I can't see Josh Kelly taking the fight unless his team has given up on him.

Katzourakis is the more likely opponent in my opinion.

As others have said Madrimov, I’d add Bohachuk too. If Ortiz is willing to mix it with those guys why isn’t the more accomplished Ennis?
