Floyd ran from Margarito and $8m and then picked Baldomir a year later, costing himself the extra $8m. Floyd ran when Golovkin accepted his challenge that he could beat anyone from 154 on down. Floyd ran from Paul Williams and Sergio Martinez. Floyd is still running from the Pac rematch. Floyd ran from Thurman and picked Berto instead. Floyd even brags on video that he's a coward and being a coward is why he got so rich from boxing. Too many blemishes on his legacy for Floyd to be in the goat discussion. He was just a protected fraud pretender masquerading as an ATG with the protection of the establishment which needed a black american star to sell during his career. Yes they fabricated a phony perfect career for Floyd but anyone with any sense knows the truth behind the facade production.
You have some very serious bias issues as others have noted in your discussion regarding Ali. I will leave you to your delusional dishonesty.

      Than explain

      1. why Manny turned down $40 mil no PPV offer?

      2. why he allowed Arum’s son in law to give him fake stitches only after Nevada extended Floyd’s jail start date so they could fight?

          Maybe because:

It was Floyd who made the call, claiming he was wiring 20 million up front. Nobody is believing that flim flam artist, including Manny. I could only imagine how that conversation went

Hey Manny I am going to wire you 20 million dollars

Floyd is definitely great, but compared to others (like Sugar Ray Leonard), he lacks victories against other great fighters who were:

            1) in their prime, and
            2) in their best weight class.

Mayweather is probably the best technical, defensive and pure boxer (i.e. art of hitting without getting hit) that ever lived. However, the reason I DON'T consider him the GOAT is because almost all of the biggest names on his CV had suffered multiple losses when they fought e.g. Judah (3 losses), ODH (4 losses), JMM (4 losses), Mosley (5 losses), Cotto (2 losses), Maidana (3 losses), Pacman (5 losses) etc. The list is endless. Therefore, who has he really beaten in their prime bar Hatton? Who's cherry has he POPPED?

That coupled with the fact that he was the Vegas cash cow for most of his career so his record was always protected with 'losses' & 'knockdowns' NOT counted against him (in addition to the favourable matchmaking above) is why he cannot be considered the GOAT.

I've just casually checked some polls online and in the first page search results came up with these. Whether I or you can say they're credible I don't know

CREDIBLE????? And most CREDIBLE lists don’t have Floyd or Manny top 10 and all of them have Floyd rated higher than Manny.

My personal opinion is that Floyd Mayweather is one of the All Time Great, but ABSOLUTELY not Greatest of All Time, simple as that.

So, only the sources that list Floyd ahead of Manny are credible

                      Right

That's as bogus as Big Dunn and his legit boxing historians bs
