  • If Joseph Parker were a Brit...

...he'd be lauded above Joshua, Fury and Dubois, given significant opportunties to fight for titles based on merit and probably have been 2 times champion by now.

Matchroom and Queensberry have deliberately and systematically been holding him back, sidelining him and setting up multiple obstacles to prevent avenging rematches with Joshua and title fights with Usyk.

Dubois run to his first title shot was not earned by fighting legit contenders. His second was defending an e-mailed belt he didn't deserve also.

Now there's talk of promoting a still wet behind the ears British kid in Itauma to legit contender status or giving Kabayel a title shot despite facing lesser competition than Parker.

Some are saying Parker is over-rated, but if any Brit or American had taken on and bested Wilder, then Zhang and Bakole while having Dubois duck him, the partisan pom and yankee fanbois would be screaming for a title fight.

And then there's Fury, out jogging back from the pub claiming he beat Usyk twice but was robbed...lol
If he hadn't made good friends with Parker, and they'd decided not to fight each other, Parker would have laid waste to him by now.

Fury knew Parker was all wrong for him so never wanted to fight him. And now he thinks he can jump the queue because of the money on offer for a 3rd Usyk fight just cos he's British...GTFOH!!!

If he wants Parker's mandatory shot, call him out and earn it. Likewise for Joshua, otherwise give the Mighty Oulskin his flowers. He's earnt them the right way and is as much a credit to his family, his country and his culture as Usyk is.

Parker should be thankful to British boxing, Fury set him up with Andy Lee and Hearn and Warren have given him big paydays.

If it wasn't for British boxing Parker would be fighting mongrel mob members at the Auckland viaduct, contractually advertising Burger King in his post fight interview while Winston peters dines on Paua on chips at the ringside DINNER TABLES, while Kevin Barry leeches half his purse.

Dubois run of Miller Hrgovic and AJ was better than Wilder, 40+ Zhang and jetlagged fat Bakole only 1 day notice

Parker 'just' beat Ruiz, without British help.

The Fury's then tried to job him in Manchester with BabyHughies defense but failed cos Hughie is more shades of Ali's undies than the man himself.

Hearn successfully did job Parker with the A.J stitch up at the refs intrusion on the action and ducked a rematch ever since.

I'm sure Parker is grateful for the help and paydays he got from whomever but he earnt those through his prowess in the ring.

He's also never said a bad word about anyone in the game that wasnt some promo hype and respects every opponent he's faced.

The point still stands if any pom or yank had Parker's record he'd be champion by now.

Parker would have smashed Miller, Hrgovic and Joshua as easily as Dubois did.

Wilder , Zhang and Bakole, even Joyce were avoided and feared until Parker stepped up and showed everyone how they weren't to be. No one else had the balls too and triple knee Dubois would have been smashed by all 3

The matchroom and queensberry stables were all sucking Turki dïck and manouvering their charges for repeated dips into the Saudi bloodmoney well while sidelining Parker and any other non Brit.

Usyk, Parker and Kabayel are the best fighters getting around and the only worthy contenders to the titles!

I actually think aside from the AJ fight Parker has had very fair treatment in UK rings, the first Chisora fight in particular he could easily have lost with even a slight bias on the cards to Chisora.

NZ media even reported Parker was lucky to get the decision in a fight which Chisora landed 60 more punches than Parker.

I dont understand why everyone is so hot on Parker. He's had his shot at World titles and failed. He won a close fight against fat Andy (some say disputed) for a vacant title...and had a title shot against Joshua. He froze himself out of another title shot because of his freindship with Fury. He got stopped by Joyce. His lastest run includes a distance fight with a notorious gasser in Zhang where he got dropped twice. He fought Fat Bakole who hadnt trained and came in on 2 days notice. And of course failed to put Wilder away. How does that compare to Kabayel who stopped Zhang, Makhmudov and Sanchez in his last 3 fights.

Its not like everyone is suddenly hot on Parker. Its just that the Brits have run out of credible challengers to sideline him.

A case can be made for Kabayel but Parker already beat Zhang first, with a different gameplan and would have been too much for Mak or Sanchez to handle either.

Stoppages make for great eye candy but if that's all you got in your bag or what your trainer can offer then...

                  ...may I present Daniel Dubois.

Hes already lost to 3 British HWs and had contentious fights with 2 others.

Solid HW on a good run right now, but hes absolutely starting to get a little overrated.
