Because he has barely had any fights. 23 pro fights is nothing compared to other fights having 40+ fights. At HW he has just fought 5 opponents in 7 fights. How fights did Ali and Tyson have at HW? A lot more than 7.

Too much Jake Paul with these new age fans

They are like UFC fans, whoever is winning right now is "the goat"

Ali and Tyson had a lot of rubbish fights that were money grabs. Every one of Usyk's fights are important and purposeful. No BS from Usyk.

less opponents is not a good thing, Usyk has faced a very small variety of styles at heavyweight.
Every style is different and nobody ever was as unique and challenging as Fury with that size and reach and skill, even though he's probably shot he can still beat 90 percent of the top 20 hwts. I don't think Fury can beat AJ, Usyk, Dubois.

Tell me how important the chisora and witherspoon fights were.

No he is not. Terrible post imo.

I really believe Lennox Lewis would have absolutely whooped and crushed Usyk.

He has beaten a super heavy with skills ( Fury ) and puncher ( Dubois ) , a pressure fighter / swarmer ( Chisora ), and a good Southpaw. What do you mean he hasn't faced many styles?

No -- he hasn't faced many journeyman, trail horses, and 0 bums.

His record features all fighters with winning records. Would it make a difference if he faced 10 more fighters who were say 15-8 or below? No.

If you objectively add up the win and losses of his opponents ( winning percentage ) it might be one of the five best in the last 50 years @ heavyweight. He is elite and currently beating father time on the cards ... for now. He is 38 going to be 39 at the end of the year.

A sure fire first ballot hall of fame guy he is.

Witherspoon was the first fight at heavyweight. Chisora still even now is a challenge for anybody. He would beat Wilder easily. Chisora is a big strong beast and I think even in his late 30s would beat Marciano, Patterson, Johansson and perhaps even Frazier, Norton, Byrd, Ruiz.

Lennox was great, no doubt. ATG no doubt about it. But he made major mistakes. He miscalculated badly on Rahman and McCall. There is a flaw there. He also miscalculated with his silly predictions of Sanders and Kirk Johnson beating Vitali. Usyk doesn't make glaring fatal errors like Lennox has proven he has done. I think Usyk figures out the way to beat Lennox and executes it. But we will never know.

That's a solid point through and through. A record boiled down to the best.
