I remember when Showtime (?) hyped the mega fight between her and Shields. I hadn't seen much of Hammer, but I was very disappointed in her performance against Shields. Not because I wanted her to win but I wanted to see something remotely competitive...and it wasn't.

Hammer is from the era when women's boxing still wasn't really a professional sport.

Women's boxing is like women's MMA, it's evolving, QUICKLY

Not so sure evolving quickly , reality is once Katie Taylor finishes the focus on female boxing loses the fire that she brings , it will simply become a flame and if Jake Paul isn’t bank rolling it it will be an ember very soon . Fact . No other promoter is really doing anything with it other than filling cheap slots on mediocre shows .as it generates no money .

LOL, nobody in America cares about Katie Taylor

Shields, Baumgardner, & Serrano are all bigger stars in this country than she is.

                  You're a rarity in America.
