This is truly a baffling statement. Tank is an American whose lineage in this country goes back to the 1600s and possibly before that since the first recorded slave rebellion in what is now the USA happened in the 1520s. The Mexicans and others who are being targeted by ICE are not citizens, entered and stayed illegally, most of which don’t bother to learn the language, and many of which have violent criminal record or organized crime links.
What does that have to do with an American citizen committing domestic violence? Or are you simply trying to make this an anti-black American racial comment like so many Mexicans seem obsessed with
