Whether or not I agree with your premise, I can understand and appreciate its logic.

But then I read past your first sentence. Your false premise + straw man reveals your remarkably profound ignorance, perhaps surpassed only by your simple-minded bigotry.

Facts are not bigotry. Facts are facts. People hate us because we were born here and they CAME here. Very big difference. Add to the fact that our ancestors suffered infinitely here and essentially built this nation with free labor. While others felt the heat in their own kitchens and basically FLED here.

The fact that folks like you become so triggered by Black success and anything related to us speaks volumes.

Reading for context is not their strong suit. Watching YouTube videos is their strong suit because it requires almost no brain function. It's sad how profoundly dumb some folks are. That includes all groups and races you'll find in these forums. Point to an Am.endment in the Constitution, and chances are they've never read or even heard of it. I pray for their children. No child deserves that.

The Constitution was intended to be interpreted in its original legal context. It wasn't meant as a sliding scale one-size-fits-all instrument shaped to conform to whatever agenda is a afoot. The 14th Ame.ndment was specifically drafted and affirmed to apply to the descendants of American slav.es, not immigrants fleeing wretched conditions in their own countries.

I strongly advise you to read the Constitution sometimes, as well as the commentary of acclaimed legal scholars opining on it.

I have to disagree. While I oppose terrorizing immigrant communities and rounding people up like it's 1937, the vast majority of these folks either did not come here legally or overstayed a tourist visa. If anyone is picked up wrongfully, the feds have ways of ascertaining this and they're released before long. There was a young woman in Cali picked up a few weeks ago while walking to work who was actually born here. She was released quickly. She was profiled ~ that's a whole separate conversation.
