Saying bud would best everyone if same size is the most unreliable and most reaching and stretch of imagination. Usyk has better resume and best bigger guys, yet bu d would best usyk or inoue, whose stepped up more?
Usyk is 6'3" & 235, more than enough to be bigger than guys like Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Joe Frazier, & George Foreman.

    He's not some small dude.

Once you get above 230lbs, weight is a disadvantage.

Bud on the other hand went through 135-154, where weight actually makes a difference.

Personally I’ve got Benavidez or Opetaia. Using the old school criteria . I don’t use the modern era theme where it is based on the colour of their trunks . It’s about fighting in the same Weight Division . As the original p4p fight between Robinson Louis was used by the press & historians of the day . Benavidez & Opetaia would be a nightmare for anyone.

Tyson Fury, wearing a jacket, jeans and shoes, weighed in at a career-high 281 pounds for his unified heavyweight championship rematch with Oleksandr Usyk.

""Ukraine's Usyk, the defending heavyweight champion, weighed 226 pounds -- a 55-pound difference to the challenger -- in a tracksuit with a T-shirt and shoes. The 2012 Olympic gold medalist was shirtless in jeans when he tipped the scales at 223.5 for the first meeting""

Bam Rodriguez deserves come consideration. He has been inactive and probably has slowed down his exposure as one of the top fighters in the world.

                  Prime Tyson was 218
                  Prime Frazier was 215
                  Prime Foreman was 225
