Usyk - he's beaten more ELITE fighters compared to Crawford/Inoue e.g. Joshua, Fury & Breidis vs. Spence/Donaire/Fulton.

I do like Foster, but come on ... best in the world - really?

For the eye test it's Crawford
        For the resume it's Usyk
        For dominance it's Inoue

Crawford if he beats Canelo he has the resume but if he loses he is no longer top 3
Usyk if he beats Dubois again he enhances his resume, if he loses his legacy takes a small hit
Inoue is being tasked with beating M.A then Nakatani and then move up to 126 and get a belt there - if he does all of that he is top 20 ATG

Foster loses many rounds and sits on the shelf too long.

            Inoue
            Usyk
            Crawford
            Rodriguez

Crawford is the only 3 division lineal world champion on the list
Inoue has the edge in both activity and volume of high quality opponents
Usyk is a total road warrior animal

You could put those three in any order you want and I wouldn't disagree.

I know his resume is still a bit thin, but i do think Benevidez should be quite high on that list. Call me crazy, but I do believe he would beat Bivol, Beterbiev and Canelo.

Usyk can become no1 but he's not cleaned out division yet. Best kabayel, parker firstly.
