This is pure propaganda to sell a fraud. Wilder never had any confidence, if he did he would have fought AJ, Povetkin, Whyte, Chisora, Usyk, W Klitschko.

The article is propaganda shill to sell Wilder for one last go round. Herndon is just another hired patsy who will do what everyone knows he's going to do. Set up Wilder for the next set up.

AJ, Povetkin, Whyte, Chisora, Usyk, W Klitschko?

You can't beat everyone. None of those guys did either, right?

Povetkin and Klitschko were from the prior era, and neither had great chins, which is what saved Fury. Maybe Tyson, Lewis, Holmes and Holyfield would work for you too?

Whyte and Chisora were tough contenders, but no better than a number of Bomb Squad victims.
Just the way it is, Son.

And A.J.????? All he had to do was stay upright against Andy Ruiz, and he might've landed Wilder.
Then maybe, a shot at Fury's title?
His losses boxed him out of the fights with the era's two other long-term title holders.
          Thats the facts.

You know that in Boxing, a set up is a felony, right?

Have you thought about night classes at your community center? Finish high school first, then go to college (some are desperate for money). Take up literature and history. Maybe a bit of theatre would also help, for the attitude part. I would also suggest all the Monty Python movies, and any other dark British humour you can get your hands on. AND, most importantly - I could never stress this enough - NEVER EVER assume you are smarter than anyone else. It's just not for you.

What puzzled me was why the WBC ordered him to fight Povetkin in the first place, when they were clearly in Haymon/PBC's pocket at that time. Maybe, for legal reasons, they were compelled to?
What and idiot Povetkin was. I strongly believed he would have beaten Wilder in Moscow.

Same number of tune-ups Ali had when facing Frazier in the 1971 classic, after being inactive for a similar amount of time.
Are you really comparing Tyson Fury vs Sefer Seferi and Francesco Pianeta to Ali vs Jerry Quarry and Oscar Bonavena?

                  Really?

Nope. Why would you think that?

Trying to build some kind of case there?

Do you think maybe Wilder's team were tipped off that Povetkin had been using Meldonium before it went on the banned list, and that Meldonium is a substance that lingers in the system for a long time after you stop talking it?
