Eddie after more of that Saudi money. It is the only thing left he has to sell them, two guys that don't want to fight anymore.

Strictly speaking, Fury and Joshua are much bigger. Less important and less interesting but bigger, yes, much bigger.

...i guess in the UK, maybe, but even there, at this point, it's hard to imagine how.

Canelo vs Bud will be big but i don't think it gets close to 2m in the US. Bud just isn't that big with the casual audience. Fury AJ i think may still be the first fight to break 2m in the UK should do at least 1.5m.

If we are talking casual audience only not regular boxing fans, is Canelo Bud bigger to them than Fury AJ? i don't think so. People will watch Fury AJ in the US even if it is a late afternoon fight. Bud Canelo will be like 5am in the UK, there won't be a big casual audience staying up to watch it

Will be interesting to see the press conference and build up, will Warren De La Hoya Hearn Arum etc have 0 part in the build up, looks like it, i think just Dana promoting it will affect the promo, boxing fans all ready don't want Dana in boxing

Hearn is right. There is a foul scent about Canelo fights now. He really blew it when he said Benavidez didn't get the fight because he wasn't "polite" enough. That revealed Canelo only wants soft fake sparring business productions. If Crawford is "polite" in the pre fight hype, which he has been so far, it will be a phony sparring session to cash out and give Canelo another money bought W.

AJ vs Fury on the other hand, has tension grudge bad blood and it's been building for years. Far more interesting intriguing fight.

The heavyweight division has lost hundreds of millions of potential dollars. They could have had aj vs wilder for undisputed when they was undefeated. But now that usyk made fury look drunk in the ring and fury went life and death with a mma guy making their debut and Aj Has been getting dribbled of the canvas yes it is still a big fight but no where near what it could have/should have been.

Nowhere near what it could have been

But still massive. And Hearn is right.

No-one cares about Crawford outside of boxing circles. It just is what it is.

Canelo/Crawford is bigger in America. AJ/Fury is bigger in Europe.
