I have a ton of respect for Jermaine. He gave Hopkins his rematch (maybe there was a clause I can't remember) and had the balls to get back in the ring with Pavlik 4.5 months after the brutal KO loss. I actually scored that fight a draw as well. He's always fought the best and is a humble guy outside the ring. I hope he can get out of boxing with his marbles intact.
Jermain Taylors opponents for the last 4 years.

Get that outta here, you're my boy but get that outta here.
Bernard didn't come close to what Pavlik, Froch or Abraham just put him through... simply saying well, that's because Hopkins fought him first is bull**** in my opinion... the fight that Pavlik, Froch, and Abraham made him fight is completely different.... and the results and after-effect is completely different.
Hopkins, didn't "ruin" him, I don't want to hear anything like that... he continued to fight TOP competition, and eventually fought HUGE hitters that could take advantage of his style in a devastating way.Comment

I have a lot of respect for Taylor, he's a true warrior who leaves it all in the ring and he's also a class act outside of the ring. I hope that he's okay and wish him nothing but the best in the future in or out of the ring.Comment

Dominicano and Bringer are good posters and I consider them friends, but now is the time to keep it real.
Bernard Hopkins didn't ruin Jermain Taylor as a fighter, if anything it gave him the experience to at least compete with the top level of opposition he fought for the next four years.Comment
