People who put emphasis on fighters not getting dropped don't know the greats of boxing. They just started watching post money Mayweather - The defensive style.

they’re great because of who they beat not because they got dropped

you’re justifying Naoya’s defensive holes therefore fueling my point that among the top 5 he’s most likely to get caught and upset

Neither Nery nor Cardenas was even close to upsetting the Monster.

If anything it fueled him to put a 1-sided beating on both them.

As Breadman says, "anyone can say that they can beat him, but they gotta actually get in the ring and do that."

Crawford barely squeaked by Madrimov on pts. He also said he doesn't want to fight Benevidez, because he's too big.
He said he chose Canelo, because he's smaller in reach than him. The man is carefully picking who he fights.

In his last 4 fights, Usyk won by split decision 2x.

Bam Rodriguez got knocked down by Estrada. Because he fights ultra aggressive.

So not sure what you mean by most likely to get upset.

Inoue is fighting everyone put in front of him unlike Crawford, and he's doin it 4x a year, in his 5th wgt class. And has never come close to a split decision. All KOs.

Naoya style is working high risk, HIGH REWARD

he gets hit cleanly more than the others, but off eye test from the Fulton fight Naoya would be p4p king

I want to see Final Form Naoya at 126 where he’ll have to box more, brawl less

Fact is if he fought every time like he did vs Fulton, he would untouchable.
I remember hearing a stat that says he throws and lands the highest % jabs of all active top fighters.
No one comes close to out-jab the Monster. Not Junto, not MJ, not Leo or Ball.

The speed, timing and footwork of that jab can win him every fight, IF he chose to.

I have doubts about Inoue keeping his unbeaten record for much longer due to him fighting good opponents and fighting regular. It will be interesting to see if he keeps winning.

hoping for a good competitive 1st half with Naoya stopping him in the final third

now I really want to see Naoya at 126 where he’ll outbox them all Bivol style behind a jab

Yeah, I know you don't like him. We'll have to agree to disagree on that. I suspect we agree that he's not likely to win vs Inoue, and may get stopped for the first time in his career.

I didn't say I didn't like him. I watched the fight at the time and called it a blatant robbery right here on this board. Roman got screwed, the announcers were talking like it was an inevitable result before the fight started and they acted like it was a 10-2 fight for MJ when Roman outlanded him in 9 of the rounds.
