There's about 50+ of more Lightweights that could have gone through that piss poor resume undefeated.
Cliff Rold did a Lightweight ATG list a few years back and in that article I don't think Shane was in the Top 25. And if he was he was near the bottom.
There's more than an argument he's not the in Top 20 and he absolutely without doubt is not close to the Top 10.
